The All-Around Birth Support Package ($1,650)
What’s Included:
– Up to 8 months of continuous support, ending 72 hours after birth
– Two in-home prenatal visits
– Physical support education for partner
– On-call period from 38 weeks until birth
– Continuous labour support
– Immediate postpartum support
– Immediate breastfeeding support
– In-home/hospital follow-up and birth debrief within 72 hours after birth

– In-home postpartum check-in (4-6 weeks postpartum)
Virtual Birth Support Package ($1,150)
What’s Included:
– Support from 25 weeks to 2 weeks postpartum
– Two 60-90-minute Google Meet/Facebook Messenger/virtual calls for prenatal meetings
– 24/7 access to Elizabeth via text/Messenger/Instagram and phone
– One 60-minute birth preferences call
– Constant contact for labour and birth
– Virtual postpartum preparation (before labour)
– Virtual postpartum support from birth to 2 weeks postpartum
– Breastfeeding education and virtual assistance
Ready, Set, Birth! Prenatal Support ($975-$1,175)
Don’t feel the need to have a doula present at your birth, but still want the benefits of doula support during your pregnancy? I’ve got you covered! This package provides just that, while allowing you to opt in or out of postpartum support.
RSB Support ($975):
– Two in-home prenatal meetings
– One in-home hands-on birth partner education workshop
– Up to 8 months of continuous support, ending with the onset of labour
RSB + Postpartum Support ($1,175):
– Two in-home prenatal meetings
– One in-home hands-on birth partner education workshop
– Up to 8 months of continuous pregnancy support, ending with the onset of labour
– In-home/hospital postpartum check-in (0-2 weeks postpartum)
– In-home postpartum check-in (4-6 weeks postpartum)
